Ralph Shepstone has been my dentist since he started practicing in the 80's. He has never let me down. His work is top notch; he works at continous improvement and excellence--perfecting his craft. He just keeps getting better and better. His touch is feather-weight and he goes out of his way to make his patients comfortable. On top of his professionalism, Ralph is a great guy and has a pleasant "chair-side" manner.
Joyce, his receptionist, is a delight, and Shannon, his dental hygienist, has helped me create a dental care program that has stopped and reversed gum disease.
Couldn't have asked for better dental professionals. Highly recommended.

Jessica and I feel so fortunate to be patients in your practice. You and your colleaques make us feel most welcome, cared for and safe. What more could we ask from our health care provider? Yet we all know this is not the case everywhere we go, so you and your office really stand out. Jessica fondly remembers early visits when you let her explore the equipment and visit with Joyce. She perceived you as friends that were really glad to see her and as a parent I felt that as well. Of course you are an intelligent, gifted dentist or we would not still be coming after all these years, but it is the overall experience that really is unlike many other medical practices. You and your entire staff treat us like we are friends and guests at the same time. I hope you all realize that your office is exemplary and not the norm. We so appreciate everyone's committment to treating our dental needs as well as creating such a pleasant environment in which to be treated.
